Due to the immediate allocation of expert labor, direct software access costs, and comprehensive diagnostic analysis required:
The Cash Flow Blueprint / Financial Diagnostic Reviews: Fees paid for one-time strategy blueprints, diagnostic reviews, and health checks are 100% non-refundable once work or document review has commenced.
Historical Clean-Up & Catch-Up Projects: Fees paid for historical bookkeeping clean-ups, catch-up reconciliations, and back-year account audits are non-refundable once data processing has started.
Software Migration & Setup Fees: One-time fees for setup,Chart of Accounts imports, or platform migrations (e.g., transferring to QuickBooks Online) are non-refundable after initial setup begins.
Advance Billing: Monthly bookkeeping and CFO advisory retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each service period or aligned with standard calendar quarters.
30-Day Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel recurring monthly retainer services at any time by providing a 30-day written notice via email prior to the start of the next billing cycle/quarter.
Prorated Refunds: Services will continue through the end of the paid billing period. Partial-month or partial-quarter refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations once the billing period has commenced.
Clients enrolled under synchronized quarterly agreements agree to maintain active retainer status through the end of their current commitment term. Cancellation requests submitted mid-quarter will take effect at the conclusion of the subsequent full calendar quarter as outlined in your signed Client Service Agreement.
4. Chargeback Policy
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve billing questions or service adjustments. Filing an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback with a bank or credit card company without prior written communication constitutes a breach of contract, resulting in immediate suspension of software access, hold on financial records, and potential legal recovery of outstanding fees.
