All routine business updates, transaction queries, document uploads, and report deliveries are handled digitally via email or through our dedicated client portal inside Fluent Community.
Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time).
Closed: Weekends and standard U.S. federal holidays.
Response Window: All client inquiries, portal posts, and email messages sent during business hours receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours. Messages received after hours or over weekends will be addressed on the following business day.
To protect dedicated financial production blocks, we do not accept unscheduled inbound phone calls.
Inbound calls will be routed to leave a voicemail or directed back to our email ticketing queue. If a live discussion is required beyond our standard asynchronous updates, clients may schedule a strategy call using our official scheduling link during dedicated call availability windows.
For monthly bookkeeping clients, timely reporting relies on client cooperation:
Monthly Query Lists: Transaction classification questions (e.g., uncategorized expenses, missing receipts) will be posted to your private portal thread or sent via email on or before the 10th of each month.
Client Response Cutoff: Clients must respond to query lists within five (5) business days to ensure monthly financial statements are finalized by the target close date.
